View the coast from the sea, passing many places of interest along the Gower coast.
Leaving Swansea Bay, passing Mumbles pier and rounding Mumbles Lighthouse we hear tales of pirates, then head on towards the popular Gower bays of Langland and Caswell.
This is the 'tamer' side of Gower with wooded valleys, sandy beaches, coves, and cliff top Iron Age Forts.

In the not too distant past however, these very beaches and coves were the haunt of smugglers and pirates! As the voyage continues, keeping close to the shoreline, you'll enjoy the spectacular scenery and dramatic cliffs.

At Pwll-Du Bay we listen to tales of Gower's smugglers and it's swashbuckling past.
Rounding Pwll Du Head, Three Cliff's Bay now comes into view, finally we reach the magnificent sweep of Oxwich Bay. Now we begin the return journey, heading out to sea about a mile offshore the magnificent panorama of the coastline comes into full view and, as the two powerful engines surge, we experience an exhilarating return to Knab Rock, Mumbles.

'Seal Spotting' Gower Coastal trip to Worms Head. 2.5 hour duration. Adult £35. Children 14 & under £25.

A voyage to the real 'Wild Side' of Gower, venturing beyond Oxwich Bay and Port Eynon to Worms Head and Rhosilli Bay.Passing Port Eynon Point the coastline changes dramatically and has been shaped to it's rugged grandeur over 1000’s of years by the prevailing winds and storms off the Atlantic Ocean. This area of coastline offers ever changing scenery, with cliff top Iron Age forts, hidden beaches and secret coves where you will discover the mysteries of Culver Hole and the famous Paviland Cave.

In the distance Worms Head draws ever closer and eventually we round the mighty 'Worm', a huge cliff face rearing straight out of the sea like a mythical beast.
In the shelter of the cliffs a colony of Atlantic Grey Seals bask on the rocks or bob gently in the swell. Because we do not encroach on their territory, the seals hardly pay us any attention, offering fantastic views of these lovely creatures in their natural environment. Above us on the cliffs countless gulls and other seabirds nest - a real wildlife spectacular!

We spend some time here with the engines just idling giving passengers time to observe and film the unique experience.
Finally we ease away from the cliffs and sweep out into Rhosilli Bay and head out to sea for about a mile rounding Worms Head and, with the magnificent sweep of Gower
Coast to our left, begin our return voyage back to Knab Rock, Mumbles.

'Splendour of South Gower' Evening Cruise to Oxwich Bay. Duration 1.5 hours. Adults £20. Children 14 & under £15.

This trip covers the same subjects as the daytime cruise along the beautiful South Gower coast but with the emphasis on the exquisite scenery bathed in the rays of a setting sun. A perfect way to round off the day and to work up an appetite for the evening meal! A spellbinding experience.

Gower to Caldey Island, off Tenby.3 hour voyage. Adults £55. Children 14 & under £40.

From Mumbles we head about a mile offshore, along the whole length of the South Gower Coast with the magnificent Worms Head on our right we leave the coast behind
and skim across the open seas of Carmarthen Bay in the direction of Caldey Island
near Tenby. The island has been home to Cistercian monks since the 6th century. The monks now inhabit an impressive monastery on Caldey Island. As we slowly circle the island you will experience breathtaking views of the craggy cliffs, sheltered coves and beaches, seabird colonies, many seals and other marine life.
Finally we head back, with Caldey Island & Tenby disappearing behind us and Worms Head and the sweep of Rhosilli Bay approaching ahead, this really is a view of the
coastline that few people witness and will stay with you forever.

'Seal Spotting' at Worms Head & Burry Holmes Island. 3 hours duration. Adult £40. Children 14 & under £30.

This trip covers the same subjects as voyage to the ‘SEAL SPOTTING GOWER COASTAL TRIP TO WORMS HEAD‘, but leaving Worms Head - we venture across Rhosilli Bay. Rhosilli Downs, the huge ridge that frames the bay, is a favourite haunt
of hang gliding and parasailing enthusiasts. These daredevils can often be seen soaring
hundreds of feet above the ridge.

Rhosilli Bay has claimed many vessels in the winter storms of the past. And as we head across passing the shipwreck site of the El DORADO, a 17th century Spanish Galleon,
sunk with it’s cargo of silver. If the tide is low enough, the wooden skeleton of the
wreck ‘Helvetia’ can be seen rising from the sands. Finally we reach our destination
- Burry Holmes Island. One Gower folk story, tells of the crew of a 16th century pirate ship burying treasure on the Island at Spaniard Rocks. Leaving the Island, we head out to sea to take in the full sweep of Rhosilli Bay.

Heading back around Worms Head and keeping about a mile offshore you’ll enjoy the magnificent panoramic views of Gower’s beautiful coastline all the way back to Knab Rock, Mumbles.
